Boys Teams

Since our inception in 2017, we’ve embraced a journey filled with growth and passion. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to providing opportunities for young football enthusiasts across all age groups. We take immense pride in the fact that we have left no gaps in the developmental journey of our players, offering teams from under 6 to under 16 within the club. We have come a long way since starting the club with just nine players.

But our commitment doesn’t stop there. We’ve taken it a step further by doubling up on most age groups, creating multiple teams per category. This unique approach not only allows us to cater to varying skill levels but also fosters an environment of healthy competition and collaboration. Our teams are like close-knit families, each with its unique dynamics and strengths.

Our dedicated coaches, supportive parents, and the passion of our members have been the driving force behind this accomplishment. Our teams are not just about the beautiful game but about instilling life skills, promoting teamwork, and creating a sense of community. Whether it’s on the field or off it, we believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals who carry these values into their lives beyond football.

Mini Football (Under 6’s to Under 11’s – Non-Competitive)

At this age, we focus on introducing the fundamentals of football in a playful and supportive setting. Our aim is to spark a love for the game while developing essential skills like dribbling, passing, and teamwork. This not only helps enhance hand-eye and foot-eye coordination but also promotes muscle development, contributing to a young player’s overall physical development. Our emphasis on fun and learning through games and activities tailored to the youngest players helps increase stamina and provides a solid foundation for lifelong physical fitness habits.

Being part of a team at this age is about more than just football. It’s about building friendships, boosting self-esteem, and learning important life skills. Our young players benefit from a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters a sense of belonging and community. They learn the value of teamwork, communication, and cooperation, which are essential not only on the field but also in life. Additionally, success in football leads to increased self-confidence, which translates into confidence in other aspects of life.

Junior Football (Under 12’s to Under 16’s – Competitive)

For players aged 11 to 16, our junior program offers a competitive experience, playing against teams from the local area within the Bridgend Port Talbot Football League. We provide a structured and progressive pathway to further their football journey. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to nurturing both individual growth and team camaraderie. Junior players also benefit from weekly training sessions, culminating in competitive matches on Saturdays.
